We use your details to review and publish event listings, to confirm information with organisers, and to send event updates you have asked for. Organiser contact details supplied for verification are not published unless you ask us to include them in the listing.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers that host this platform and deliver our messages.

You can unsubscribe at any time, and you may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.

Retention

Subscription details are kept until you unsubscribe. Event submissions are retained as part of our listing records.
