Verification Policy
Every listing tells you how confident you can be in its details.
Two separate labels
Each event carries a verification label and an event status label. They mean different things and are always shown together.
Verification
Verified means the event has been confirmed with an authoritative source: the organiser, the venue, an official institution, the ticketing provider or a comparable official channel.
Unverified means we have credible information about the event but have not yet confirmed it with such a source. The listing is clearly badged. We never upgrade a listing to verified without confirming it first.
Event status
Postponed, cancelled, sold-out and relocated events also display a prominent notice on their page and never appear as upcoming.
Re-checking
Verified listings record the date they were last checked and are re-checked as the event approaches. We keep an internal source record for every listing.
Your responsibility
Verification is a point-in-time check, not a guarantee. Arrangements can change after we confirm them, so please confirm final details with the organiser before travelling or paying.
